I think this is an awesome and much-needed idea. I\'ve been talking with a close anarchist friend here in D.C. about the need for anarchists to be more proactive about taking our message and information to people who don\'t use the Internet. Also, I was thinking about areas of the USA which have a deficit of radicals such as the southern part of the country. My friend suggested something along the lines of a travelling anarchist tent revival, that would visit small cities and towns. This ideas above sounds like the one we\'ve been talking about. We\'ll see if our idea gets off the ground, but in the meantime, I wish the people putting on this tour the best of luck.

Hey friend--
Listen, we try to work in support of (or at least respect for) your projects and those of others trying different approaches from ours, wherever we can. You\'ll never hear me or anyone else dissing you or your efforts. If I have criticism to offer, and I hope this is true of my friends, we\'ll offer it in a mature and constructive way. Part of this whole anarchism thing is learning to coexist, be respectful and supportive, even where there are differences. Hostility and dismissiveness like yours here accomplishes nothing and gets us nowhere. Please, please point your guns in the right direction. Leave it to our enemies to exhaust our patience and turn us against each other, OK? I\'ll just pretend you took the little time you set aside for that stupid comment to accomplish something positive. Next time, hopefully I won\'t have to pretend. Thanks, B

This sounds both fun and constructive! Too bad I\'ll be out on the international road shit-stirring where I don\'t know the language instead. Oh well.

Don\'t mind rise - he has yet to add anything constructive to any debate.

All power to the (Ex) Workers Councils! He he he.

it may have already been established, but does the convergence fall in the same time as the zine-symposyum in Portland. cuz i know certain ex-ex-workers who have little time and resources to get off of work and such.

by the way--childcare? inclusiveness for older, and working folk? and ways to make a space inclusive for people of color?--or rather, not alienating or oppressive. ...word.

the SWAN conference in Phoenix had these things figured out reletively well, and the Strategic Resistance conference, from what i hear did a very good job at creating a non-alienating/oppressive space for people of color. maybe someone would want to speak to PAC(AZ) and SR (LA) organizers and get a gist of how it happened.

otherwhise, sounds hella hella fun yall.

\"by the way--childcare? inclusiveness for older, and working folk? and ways to make a space inclusive for people of color?--or rather, not alienating or oppressive. ...word. \"

yeah childcare is important to bring up but the rest of it?? come on....making space inclusive of people of color? what are we, some kind of debilitated animal that needs special care?! and how about us old and working people, we too sick or too busy to be in \"the space\".

i think you need to de-emphasize difference so difference doesn\'t emphasize itself in turn. otherwise we just see people as whatever socially determined and constructed categories they\'ve been placed in

humding, i think the problem in the prodominatley white US anarchist movement is that people have to make an effort to be inclusive. it would be nice if it just was like \'hey come to this event\' but for instance if a space is made up of all honkies doing a bunch of honky stuff, folk tell me they\'d rather not be there...

i thought i did mention working folk? i know i was hinting at my wage slavin ass.

i was really just hoping that cwc folk could just work on doing it better than last year--which was good, but could use help when it comes to diversity. which as i mentioned earlier IS the problem when were mostly white, young, men, abled...etc

I hope anarchists start holding events that are not protests... events that show what we\'re FOR, instead of what we\'re against.

While I disagree with a lot of what CrimethInc writes... more power to em for organzing events (or inspiring organization).

we\'re working hard at organizing in Cincinnati...

Call to Action:

A call to all Organizationalists, Platformists, and Anti-Lifestyleists to converge on the Crimestinc convergence to cause mayhem and distruction, crimethinc style. Caravans are already being organized in the North East and Europe to have a carvan of organization to the conference. Remember, they are not on the side of the working class! Crimethinc kills puppies, 3rd world children, and they all voted for Bush.

No power to the Crimethinc!

By the way this is just a joke. For now... Until the purge comes...

Give it a rest. No \"organizationalists\" wish Crimethinc any bad will. More power to you. Go do something creative. Stop inventing this false enmity.

...and, for the record, no one I know involved with CrimethInc. bears any ill will towards those who choose other forms of organization than we do (within anti-authoritarian parameters, at least). NEFAC, the IWW, all those folks and their approaches are all right by us (organize as you see fit with respect for others, diversity of tactics, etc.), and we hope to be able to cooperate with them on projects for a long time to come. Humor, of course, is fine--I\'ll admit to having killed a few puppies in my time, and voting for the Unabomber once when I guess I should have been voting for Clinton or Nader or whatever. But there\'s one thing we really have to take a hard stance on, that our \"enemies\" often seem to miss--THE SECOND \"I\" IN OUR COLLECTIVE\'S NAME IS SUPPOSED TO BE CAPITALIZED! Thanks...
