Super Bowl Banner Drop

New Orleans, February 3rd, Super Bowl Sunday:

A group of uncontrollable area sports fans, moonlighting as vicious prison abolitionists made a small gesture of sportspersonship. The city government omitted one of its major accomplishments. The gesture was meant to correct this over-site.

A banner was dropped along the interstate which read "New Orleans is Tied for Superbowls, #1 in Prisoners"

It was dropped near the construction site of the future Orleans Parish Prison. This new prison will still be a prison, just like the last one.

The state of Louisiana and the city of New Orleans have the worlds largest per-capita prison populations. However, New Orleans is still tied with Miami for most Superbowls.
