This year, Philly's Puerto Rican day-parade was in the national spotlight as Lt. Jonathan Josey of the PPD was recorded punching a woman named Aida Guzman in the face. I'm sure all of us here in Philly have seen the video at least a few times before it even went viral. The image of Aida's bloody face is fresh in everyone's head. Yet, Officer Jonathan Josey has not faced any assault charges. Imagine the ass whooping, and charges Josey would face if he had no badge?

I'm sure all of us here in Philly have seen the video at least a few times before it even went viral. The image of Aida's bloody face is fresh in everyone's head. Yet, Officer Jonathan Josey has not faced any assault charges. Imagine the ass whooping, and charges Josey would face if he had no badge? Lucky for him, he has a badge, and is protected by the corrupt city and his other gangster police buddies. Now this violent Organization known as the Philadelphia Police Department is using the Fraternal Order Of Police to organize a benefit party for "Jonathan Josey" on the 28th of October.
I say if they are standing together, and "looking out for their own" it is time we do the same. We hear stories all too much. They lock up our friends, harass us,beat us and even shoot us before patting each other on the back. There's never enough money for the schools but always more than enough for the police and prisons. We have been quiet about this shit for too long. We cant let them make us victims, and another statistic. We have to unite. We can't allow them to continue without being confronted. No more begging. No more hoping it will end. No more being afraid. This is a call out to everyone in the city. We need to crash their little party.
From, some fed up Philly heads.
October 28th, 12pm noon. North Broad & Spring Garden. Right by Spring Garden Station.
