Snowbowl: Modern Day Colonialism & Cultural Genocide

In Arizona, a shadowy organization called Snowbowl is currently expanding a ski resort on land sacred to over 13 Native American tribes. Not a single f**k is given for age old Native traditions because skiing is apparently just that important. I guess once you’ve taken so much land, taking a little bit more doesn’t seem like such a big deal? Adding insult to injury, the snow used for the resort is made from reclaimed waste water, and the ongoing construction on the peaks threatens a wide variety of plant and animal life. The so called justice system has of course chosen to side with the developers against the Natives.
