This ruling is of course unenforceable and unconstitutional.

Isn't Bash Back more of a network instead of an organization?

This ruling wouldn't apply to activists who did protests at churches and didn't call themselves Bash Back.

It's no big surprise that this court rulled in favor of the hate groups which run these "churches."

Bash Back no longer exists. By definition an organization that does not exist has no members. This court order refers to Bash Back members in the present tense therefore this court order applies to no one. It is null and void.

While obviously this order is "null and void" for most folks, the suit does name about a dozen folks, BashBack or not, and the order applies to them specifically. They're also the ones legally responsible for paying the fines levied.
