Krasnodar, Russia: to A. Cherepanov the guilty verdict is born
Submitted by Avtonom.ORG:We shall remind, that Alexey Cherepanov was convicted in keeping drugs, that were stealthily put by the Drug-control servise's oficials. On August, 19 judge V.G. Khriban has recognized charges to address of Cherepanov unproved and has decided to release the defendant from custody directly in a hall of court. However the prosecution has made the cassation complaint to the justificatory decision of the Soviet regional court. On September, 22 the Krasnodar regional court has cancelled the verdict of "not guilty", having sent the case on repeated consideration.
Alexey Cherepanov and the "Autonomus Action" are convinced, that tendentiousness in removal of the decision takes place. Alexey Cherepanov will make an appeal against the verdict of guilty.
